she is training at a nursery 3days per week and goes to college for one day a week, without pay . in december 07 she will be dioing her nvq level 3 but she may be getting payed a trianees wage ,she will still be going college one night aweek will this effect my child tax credits?

didnt think you could gat tax credits if your child was not in full time education as my sister has the same problem! phone them to find out as they always make you pay back any overpayment, I owed them 6p this tax year and they wrote to tell me they wanted it in one payment!!!

Tax credits are so complicated and the problems so huge if you get it wrong I would be loathe to give an answer with out a lot more information. Go to your local Citizen%26#039;s advice bureau and ask there.
