hiya...anyone that can help will be great.my boyfriend moved in with me 2 1/2 years ago..we were supported with his wages (we have 3 kids only one he fathered) and been getting child tax credits and half rent housing benifit.recently we have split up and have decided for the kids sake we will stay under the same roof.what i want to know is if he is just hear as just a lodger and not supporting my other 2 kids what am i entitled to?? would the guv still expect him to since he is only a lodger??? and will i still get my side of rent paid as i cant work
