I have a credit card bill that can be paid off with it, but I don%26#039;t want to pay off the whole amount ( I know sounds stupid). I have other things that I want to get (I%26#039;m not spending my whole amount on those things). What would you do?
What to do with my Income Tax money?
Depends on how much you get. Say you get $1,000. or so.. but $700 towards the credit card and the rest to something like some new clothes or something. But I would pay off that credit card.

Put it into a Roth IRA. $750 deposited now translates to about $24,000 when you retire.

Pay off the entire amount on the credit card. Otherwise you will be paying a ridiculously high interest rate (unless you got a low- or no-interest for 6 months deal).
If you do this, you will have more money later to spend on things you want. Or, preferably, to invest so you can build up some savings (for retirement, or bigger things you want).
