id appritiate you keeping your opinions to yourself,if you read the question properly i was asking about an entitlement which my daughter should have been getting but didnt,she has sruggled financially because she has had no child tax credits for her children,which she should have been getting,if you dont know the answer ,then dont answer,my daughter is 22 and is old enough to have children if she wants them,so butt out
