phone your local college or community centres and check out which courses they are doing and what suits you, they will also tell you if they are free to you....good luck

ask for course prospectus from your local college, it will give details of all courses times hours etc including which are free.or call in at the college and ask at student services they will be able to help.

it is hard to say for me and i think for anyone that where and how you can apply for course without knowing about your basic knowledge about anything.
just start from any course that you have knowledge about it even little bit. you will see that you will know everything about courses that you can go for them but you did not know.
this was my suggestion for start.
don%26#039;t worry just go to start. you will be good at it.
i do believe that start is hard but we do not mention that otherwise you will not able to do anything.
i am foreign, so it was so hard for me to start electrical engineering but i have done even my English is not so good to do this, but mt tutors said to me that you are doing well.
you are,i think , have perfect English so you can pass all exam in adult education centres for being a teacher for foreign like my tutors in my centre that they are from south Africa, Germany, Sweden or fenland but they earn money for life .

Yes I think that is evident by you sentence structure %26quot;i%26#039;m not qualified at anything%26quot; and %26quot;before i just done shop work%26quot;. I would recommend passing SAT level english and GCSE. Then your local college (which should have those courses) can help you get into any area of work even accounting, oh who are we kinding thats a little ahead of yourself. Also, you seem to be lacking a sense of direction but a college can%26#039;t get you, but they can point you in the direction of money.

why not try on TESDA there you might choose the course that you like and i think the courses offered were free and not long to achieve.
